Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is now also in Europe
We have signed a commercial contract for the delivery of our extra virgin olive oil towards some European countries.
The oil is entrusted to the SDA within 24/48 hours after receipt of order.
In case you can not process your order for unavailability, we will send to the customer an e-mail within 24/48 hours.
Delivery to the address indicated in the order, will take place within 4/5 working days.
The amount includes the cost of shipping, therefore nothing must 'be paid.
You can track your shipment on the page www.sda.it - research of expeditions - by including shipping code which will be sent via e-mail after delivery of the goods.
Inside the box you will find the invoice for your purchases.

Information according to Legislative Decree no.185/99
Purchases made on our site, as all purchases remotely via telephone or mail, since they occur outside of business premises are protected by Decree 185 of May 22 1999, which provides for the possibility by the consumers to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receipt of goods.
This right is the right to return goods purchased from the supplier without any penalty without giving a reason, and the resulting refund of the purchase price of the goods.
exceptions:
The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their activities professional. They are therefore excluded from being returned purchases made by retailers and businesses.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following product categories:
products used, incomplete or other causes that make the product unmarketable.
Ways to exercise the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the said period of 10 working days of receipt of goods, a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: Azienda Agricola Merenda C.P.: 8 - 94018 Troina (En) Italy –
The communication may be sent, within the same period, by telegram or fax or e-mail, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the next 48 hours. Such notification must include the product codes you intend to return, and mode of repayment of expenses incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc..), and bank account details.
The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by you, in conditions of substantial integrity, at the address that we will communicate.
We will credit to the customer the cost of returned products, once the goods are received and verified the integrity, as more quickly as possible, holding back, where necessary, the amount of postage which will remain charged to the customer.
